On 21 September 2026, POZITIVO organized the Multiplier Event of the Erasmus+ project “Sustainable Spells: Using magic tricks and experiments to promote eco-consciousness” at the Citizens’ Resource Center in Skopje.

The event brought together teachers, educators, school principals, and representatives of organizations working in education and sustainability, creating an opportunity to present the project’s results and explore ways to make environmental and STEM education more engaging, practical, and meaningful for young people.

Throughout the event, participants were introduced to the educational resources developed within Sustainable Spells and to the project’s innovative methodology, which combines magic tricks, scientific experiments, experiential learning and environmental topics. The focus was not only on presenting the materials, but also on demonstrating how they can be integrated into everyday educational practice and used to encourage curiosity, critical thinking, active participation and environmentally responsible behavior among students.

Very positive feedback from participants

The evaluation showed a very high level of satisfaction with the project results and resources.

All respondents gave the highest possible rating to the statement that the project resources meet the needs of schools and teachers, and also rated the contribution of the educational resources to the development of students’ environmental awareness at 5 out of 5.

The practical character of the project was particularly appreciated.  Respondents gave the highest rating to the statement that the project results are practical and easy to use, while participants also strongly valued the organization, accessibility, and educational relevance of the materials.

The feedback confirmed that the project materials have strong potential for practical application in schools. Participants described them as:

“Excellent materials for practical work and application.”

One participant particularly highlighted the methodology:

“The exceptionally creative approach absolutely supports both responsibility and active participation.”

Another participant emphasized the importance of developing sustainable habits from an early age, noting that the materials could help children build habits around recycling and responsible behavior as part of their everyday routines.

Participants also expressed a clear interest in seeing these resources used more widely in education. As one respondent explained:

“It would be good to use them in education so that we can have a cleaner environment. Habits are created from an early age, and every responsible thought and action takes us one step closer to a healthier environment.”

Another participant added:

“I recommend the materials to teachers and their use in practical work. These materials are useful specifically for my professional work.”

The evaluation results and participants’ comments reinforce one of the central ideas behind Sustainable Spells: environmental education can be both educational and exciting when learners are given opportunities to experiment, discover, participate and learn through experience.

The Multiplier Event was therefore not only an opportunity to share the final project results but also a space to exchange ideas and encourage their continued use in schools and other educational settings.
