On 24 September 2026, POZITIVO opened its doors to friends, partners, collaborators and members of the community for a special Open Day dedicated to sharing our work, projects, experiences and the people behind them.

The evening offered an opportunity to look back at what we have created together, but also to celebrate the partnerships, ideas and human connections that continue to shape the work of POZITIVO.

A central part of the event was the Final Conference of the Erasmus+ project “Building Community Links”, implemented from October 2024 to September 2026 within the youth sector. The project is coordinated by Fundacja Energia dla Europy, Poland, in partnership with AUTPOST LIMITED, Ireland, POZITIVO Skopje, North Macedonia, and FERI, Poland.

Building stronger communities through dialogue and understanding

During the conference, we presented the main achievements and experiences from the project, which has focused on strengthening dialogue, tolerance, intercultural understanding and social connections among young people.

The project responds to the need for stronger social cohesion by providing youth educators with practical tools for working with diversity and supporting young people in developing social skills, understanding human rights and building meaningful relationships across cultural differences.

Participants also had the opportunity to learn more about the educational resources developed through the project. These include guides focused on intercultural readiness in youth work, social solidarity and multiculturalism, as well as two multimedia games and one card game designed to make learning more interactive, engaging and accessible.

More than a final conference

The evening was not only about presenting project results. It was also about meeting, exchanging experiences and recognising the value of the relationships created through our work.

For POZITIVO, the Open Day was an opportunity to bring together different parts of our story – youth work, education, community engagement, creativity and international cooperation – and to share them with the people who support, inspire and contribute to what we do.

We are grateful to everyone who joined us and made the evening meaningful.

The Building Community Links project may be approaching its formal end, but the ideas, tools, partnerships and connections developed through it will continue to live through our future activities.
