EUDAIMONIA4YOUth Mobility Project

POZITIVO Skopje invites young people from N. Macedonia, Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria, Poland, and Croatia to apply for participation in the Erasmus+ youth mobility project “EUDAIMONIA4YOUth” – a unique learning experience focused on self-development, purpose, and well-being.

About the Project

EUDAIMONIA4YOUth is designed to support young people in exploring their personal and professional paths by combining Ancient Greek philosophy with modern approaches to well-being and personal growth.

Through interactive workshops, group activities, and individual reflection, participants will develop leadership skills to make more conscious decisions about their lives and careers.

What Will You Gain?

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Strengthen self-awareness and emotional intelligence
• Explore their values, strengths, and life purpose (IKIGAI)
• Improve communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Learn practical tools for decision-making and goal setting
• Engage in intercultural exchange with peers from different countries
• Experience learning beyond the classroom through experiential methods

Main Activities

• Self-awareness & well-being workshops
• Skill-building sessions (communication, leadership, problem-solving)
• Career orientation & personal goal-setting sessions
• Group discussions, simulations, and reflection activities
• Intercultural evenings and networking

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for participants from N.Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, and Poland who are:

• Aged 18–23
• Motivated to learn and actively participate
• Interested in personal development and self-discovery
• Open to working in an international environment
• Able to communicate in English
• Committed to attending the full duration of the mobility

Costs & Support

• Accommodation and food are fully covered
• Travel costs are reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules
• No participation fee
