- Primary Participants:
- 30 young people aged 18–23 from North Macedonia, Poland, Greece, Croatia, Bulgaria, and Serbia.
- Selected participants will include youth who are:
- At a personal/professional crossroads
- Seeking mental well-being support
- Interested in self-awareness and skill development
- Team Leaders: 6 leaders (1 per partner organization). No limit on age.
- Facilitators: Katerina Zlatanovska Popova (MK) & Dimitris Mavromatis (GR)
- Profile of Participants with Fewer Opportunities: 12 participants are prioritized as youth facing fewer opportunities due to socio-economic, geographical, or cultural barriers.

The core activity is a 6-day Bootcamp designed for experiential learning that combines coaching, peer learning, and practical skill-building.
